renovation.
The residents continued living in the house throughout the works. Furniture, cabinetry, windows, doors, the staircase and all adjoining surfaces not intended for painting were carefully protected. Electrical sockets and switches were temporarily removed before finishing.
Technical Challenge
Precision in
reassembly.
Kitchen dismantling and removal of the approximately 120 kg stone countertop proceeded smoothly. During reassembly, a 1.5 mm height difference was found between kitchen sections. The island supports could not be adjusted, so a specialist furniture restorer was called in and successfully corrected the discrepancy.
